My career has taken me through engineering, banking, finance, stock brokerage, law, education and training. I later spent more than 25 years running a business in distribution and networking.
I began coaching businesses in 1997, supporting start-ups and established companies to grow and scale. My corporate, education and business ownership experience gives me a practical understanding of both the decisions leaders face and the personal pressures behind them.
Today, I bring those perspectives together through business and executive coaching, mentoring, speaking and training. My aim is to create a supportive space where clients can think clearly, recognise their strengths and turn ideas into sustainable action.
